Welcome to Primitive Birth and congratulations on your pregnancy or birth.
My name is Kate and I provide a birth/postnatal Doula service that will see you supported from bump to birth and beyond. I am based in Lincolnshire and cover quite a large area.

You are beginning a journey that will change your life forever and my aims are:

• to help you feel confident to achieve the positive birth experience that you want
• to provide a constant & familiar face through the entire ante natal, labour & birth process
• to give you emotional, physical and practical support
• to reassure your partner and help him feel more confident in supporting you
